Trekking at the North of Chiang Mai

Overview

An whole day trek that takes trekkers away from the city to the

lively area in Mae Tang home to tumbling waterfalls, plunging valleys and pristine wilderness. This area is also known for its large populations of ethnic hill tribes such as the Karen, the Aka, and the Lahu.

 

Trip detail:

• Get picked up around 8:00-8:30 Hrs at your accommodation.

• Visit Bai Orchid and Butterfly Nursery Farm

• Ride an elephant along evergreen trees and side of river that lasts 45 minutes

• Trek to the waterfall

• Trekkers' private time

• Trek to Mae Tang river for rafting

• Travel on a hand made bamboo raft and rafting boat about 30 minute each

• Visit Akha Hill Tribe Village

• Back in the town around 17:30-18:00 Hrs
